| 8418 | 2001-02-07 01:48:00 | I've got a V.90 56K dialup connection to the Ihug NZWide service and can usually get great download rates, however my modem balks at the idea of uploading large amounts of data, either as files or emails. Is there a problem with my setup that I can cure, or is it more likely to be my ISP? My comp is a PR166 running Win98, and files do occasionally eventually upload however they start and stop and only transfer extremely slowly. |
