8391	2001-02-06 09:00:00	I have been experiencing a problem with my internet browser. The default page should be www.cnn.com but mysteriously keeps changing automatically to browser.secondpower.com I have changed this several times in Internet Options, General, Address and saved the changes by using the Apply button but it keeps coming back. Please advise what to do now? I am using IE 5.5.	Guest (0)
