| 8385 | 2001-02-06 06:36:00 | I have a Dell PentiumIII 500Mhz running Windows 98 with Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business Edition installed on it. Last year I prepared some spreadsheets for tax return purposes and saved them with password protection. I have forgotten my password so I'm not able to access my own documents. How do I get my password back or is there a way to bypass or clear it. Would really appreciate some help here. Grahame Bryce |

By this method the computer will try combinations until it succeeds, i.e. aaa then aab, aac and so on. Depending on the speed of your computer and the length of the password you used this may take several days. If you are prepared to wait I can send you a program that will try to recover this password. Post your email address and I'll send it to you. |
