| 8457 | 2001-02-08 00:36:00 | Hi Maurice, Use the dropdown menu at 1.and scroll to either 'all microsoft products' or windows 98 SE and then just enter Q192844 at 3 and select GO. Whats more to the point tho' is have you checked for a hardware conflict in device manager and do you have an ethernet card fitted because if not it's probably not the answer tho'there does not seem to be any other known error that causes those symptoms.
