8508	2001-02-09 03:37:00	Hi, I had a crash on my computer and when I went back in, it had to recover the desktop. It said do I want to keep the program which I had just installed, (I did not install anything) and I said no. I now find that I cannot access by D: Cd rom drive. I also have a E: drive for Cd/r/rw. It can access this one. I installed the driver again for the Atapi and this made no differnce. Any suggestions. Cheers	Guest (0)

8511	2001-02-10 02:45:00	Thankyou Malcolm, I shall give that a go and see what happens. The cd rom drive letter is alrready assigned to the cd-rom in Device manager., so would I need to try to detect the missing drive still?Thanks again Nod	Guest (0)
