| 8486 | 2001-02-08 05:53:00 | I recently installed Outlook 2000 on my PC. It came with a file OTUNEUP.EXE which is a file optimizer. This program runs at bootup and tries to optimize my Office files. Problem is, it freezes the PC, and I have to hit the Off Button to recover. Is this a known bug or am I just lucky?? PS My version of Office is 97. |

| 8487 | 2001-02-08 11:43:00 | Microsoft has released 2 service packs for office 97, Office 97SR-1 and Office 97SR-2-b. try downloading these and applying them,, You can get them off the microsoft site or they are available on various magazine disks, not sure if PCWORLD has included them on any releases, but they are on the Feb Issue of the Australian PC Authority Magazine | Guest (0) | ||
