| 8458 | 2001-02-08 00:38:00 | Well!!... 'PC Doctor'...it seems that my adaptech cd-rom drive is throwing wobblies. Every-time I load a cd into the drive..it spins up as normal...ready to read.... and then the computer clicks off...black screen..and re-boots. This is most annoying...as all i want to do is access the Pc World disc!!. What in your humble opinion would you say the likely cause would be. Also what thearapy do I need to apply to the blessed cd-rom drive in order to get it to behave!!!. Thanks...I look forward to your reply?. |

I can only assume that there was some sort of conflict going on with one or more of the now deleted programs!. Thanks for your reply....much appreciated. Thanks ....Blair. |
