| 8655 | 2001-02-13 02:07:00 | After my computer upgrade, including a new hard drive, I ran Nortons Live update but the following window appeared:Live Update could not create a temporary directory...to store temporary files. Make sure you have create and write access to the Windows95\98 All Users directory or the Windows NTCO profiles Directory. I reloaded the entire Norton SystemWorks2000 but the same window appears when I attempt a live update. What is the solution please? |
