| 8627 | 2001-02-12 01:15:00 | I have downloaded the service release (sr2bof97.exe) to update my installation of Office 97. When run I get a message to the effect that the update cannot be applied because: Office 97 isn't installed (well hello)!!! or that files from multiple versions of Office 97 are present. It suggests running SR-1 which I have done (successfully as far as I can tell). Reinstalling Office 97 has also been unsuccessful. Any suggestions? |
