| 8805 | 2001-02-16 02:32:00 | Since re-installing IE5.5 I have not been able to access my address book. I keep getting a message 'The address book has been locked in by another application. Please close the other application and try again later' I have done this but still keep getting the message. Can anyone help please. | Guest (0) | ||
| 8806 | 2001-02-16 09:37:00 | Hi Bert, check the properties of the address book file used by outlook express, you will probably find the readonly attribute set. Remove the readonly attribute and everything should be OK. I'm not sure why this happens but it may be something to do with the reinstall. Regards PC. |
