| 8778 | 2001-02-15 07:50:00 | I have heard that deleting email from the `Deleted' folder of Outlook Express does noterase it from the hard drive. Where are these files located so that I can clean up my machine? |

| 8779 | 2001-02-15 10:33:00 | Hello Malcom The deleted items .dbx resides in C:\Windows\Application data\Identities\???????\Microsoft\Outlook express\ the question marks relate to a series of numbers different on every machine. You can just delete the Deleted items.dbx file, Windows will automatically recreate another folder for you. Regards Alan |
