| 8920 | 2001-02-19 01:51:00 | Somebody please help me :0(. 3 times in the last 3 months i have received a email containing Snow White & The Seven Dwarves - The Real Story. I have McAfee installed but must have it configured wrong. I use Windows 98 SE as OS and IE 5.1 (with 128-bit encryption installed)+ OE as mail. How can i configure to scan on demand please? | 8921 | 2001-02-21 10:46:00 | Hi, suggest you locate the full details of the McAfee Virus Scan you have installed, in taskbar right cl VShield icon, cl About. Then Email Nai_Support@supportgroup.com.au with your system details, VirusScan details & your problem. Suspect you need to update your VirusScan, currently I update weekly. My current installation is version 5.15.0002 Virus Definition 4.0.4122 Scan Engine 4.1.40 Following enabled, System Scan, Download Scan, Internet Scan. You may need E mail Scan instead of Download Scan. Frank. |
