For the past year, I have been successfully using a membership database created from the Access membership template, which I have slightly modified to suit. My question is this - on the Member form, how do I get it to only show payments made in the current membership year. At the moment it brings forward all payments made, and the 'Amount Due' either shows a credit, or the amount paid last year. I would like it to show only the current year's payments, or nil if no payment has been made. Obviously there is some filter or formula required to achieve this, but I haven't managed to work it out yet. Can anyone help? |
