9004	2001-02-21 00:05:00	I have version 5.50.4522.1200 Outlook Express on Wins 98 and make sure I get any updates, but recently OE has started flashing and jerking as if it is going to jam or stick as it opens, checks for mail and dowloads email. What causes this and how can I fix? Also, on an earlier version I used to be able to right click on the screen and select block sender, for automatic blocking, now I have to go to the menu and select and set it up laboriously.
