| 9127 | 2001-02-24 09:52:00 | When starting up my win98 machine, it comes to windows, but then shows the Blue Screen with: WINDOWS Fatal exception OE has occured at 015F:BFF72830. The current app will be terminated. * Press any key.... etc This does not always occur. I still haven't figured out a pattern to what it is that I might be doing in the session before this startup, that might cause this. Win98 23Megs 2.1Gigs Outlook Express....(exception OE ??) :-) |

| 9130 | 2001-02-25 04:13:00 | If Windows still functions normally after this error then it suggests that it must be caused by another application that is being loaded at startup. Disable all programs from running at startup by removing any programs from the startup folder. Go to start > Run and type msconfig at the prompt, when the utility loads click on startup and uncheck the applications you don't want to load at startup. If this removes the error after restarting the computer, replace these programs one at a time until you find the offending application. |
