| 9121 | 2001-02-24 02:02:00 | No problems this morning connecting to OE for my e-mail Now I`m getting messages 'unable to open OE message store. Comp may be out of memory or disk is full. Followed for another message 'MSOE.DLL could not be initialised OE may not be installed correctly. Didn`t do anything different this morning, simply read mail then shut down. Any suggestions for a relative newbie. Iris | Guest (0) | ||

| 9123 | 2001-02-25 02:11:00 | Thanks Alan. Had trouble getting onto the internet yesterday. Joys of living in the country I guess. Finished up ringing the Help Desk for my provider. They tried a couple of manoevers which didn`t work, so they got me to take out old identity, which is at present sitting on my screen and they are sending out a new disk and will talk me through installing it and generally update OE. Visited the page you recommended, not sure if I should try anything now or best to leave it. Thanks for held, once again. Iris | Guest (0) | ||
