9321 2001-02-27 12:21:00 I refer to IE (version 5)tools-internet options and then looking at the Temporary Internet Files area and the Current Location there is no file path recorded. When I try to use the Move Folder button it does not let me load a location but gives me the message 'There wont be enough space in the new location for the current downloaded content. PLease either delete these files first and try again, reduce the size of the folder or pick another location'.

When I try to use the slide bar to increase the amount of space for the Temporary Internet file it gives me the following error message 'Please select a value between 1 or 0 for how much disk space temporary internet files may use'.

When I try to put in 1 or 0 it will not accept it at all and presumably this because there is no current location showing.

When I look in my C drive in History and Temporary Files folders nothing is being recorded in them at all which is understandable due to what I have described.

I am presuming there is something in the registry that is causing a problem but i dont know what.

I did have a virus which was quarantined by Nortons yvsdwqywwky.exe. I deleted it from quarantine and also out of the startup, win.ini and system.ini in msconfig and also whereever I found it in the system registry.

Obviously my internet activity is very slow indeed and almost unbearable to use.

If I load a later version of IE would that solve my problem or is there something in the registry which needs to be fixed to solve this issue.

I would appreciate some help.

9322 2001-02-28 01:02:00 For anyone viewing my problem I have now soloved it by deleting my exisying browser and associated files and installing a later version of IE (version 5.5). My problems have now been fixed and all is up and running again.

Hope this may help some else in the future.
