| 9319 | 2001-02-27 09:19:00 | Hello, We've recently put our old Deskjet 600 onto our new Windows ME computer running Office 2000. Problem is we can't get the printer to print in grey, (using black cartridge) though the print preview shows grey. When we print a test page, it prints in grey, so we assume it's something to do with Office 2000. Printer will still print in grey on the old computer running Windows 98. Thank you very kindly for your time in answering this. Much appreciated!! Kind regards, Lynda |

Second Check the control panel > printers folder , right click there for properties and from the general tab choose printing preferences . The advanced button allows you to select options that may allow you to achieve your grey printing ! If i have misunderstood your posting please posting please let me know ..... |
