1270174 2012-04-15 07:22:00 The email footer including a business card was designed by a graphic designer. The size has been altered by a computer technician to try and help solve the following problem.

1. When we send an email to a client and he prints off a copy of that email the footer has changed and gone all out of kilter.
2. When the client replies to us by clicking reply on the same email and we print out a copy the footer is out of kilter.

Is there anyway we can prevent the footer from changing please?

1270175 2012-04-15 08:45:00 I'm not sure what you mean by "out of kilter" as it could mean so many different things, are you able to post an image or screenshot or something in order to get a better understanding of your problem please? Iantech (16386)
1270176 2012-04-15 08:52:00 I can best describe it as going from a clear texting and graphic image to "shadowing" by which I mean instead of the logo being clear and precise and the text there are shadows around both the text and image. Can't do a photo image as I am don't have that particular laptop at home with me. It is Operating Windows 7 with IE 9 dianne pierce (13385)
1270177 2012-04-15 10:34:00 To clarify - when I print an email off the footer is legible and clear. BUT when I send an email to a client and he replies using that same email when it is printed off it is hardly legible and it has all the shadowing around the logo and the text. dianne pierce (13385)
1270178 2012-04-15 10:48:00 This is related to the image DPI, edit the image logo and set it to the correct DPI. Explanation here:

1270179 2012-04-15 10:54:00 Does this happen with every client? Some times email serves do weird stuff with email sigs, ours is all HTML and flashy which causes problems some times. Alex B (15479)
1270180 2012-04-15 11:27:00 Yes always happens with all clients but only the footer is unclear. If I print out an email from my pc it is perfect as shows on the screen. dianne pierce (13385)
