1247956 2011-12-11 12:35:00 Lifting lino from concrete is a game fraught with peril, and infernally hard work too. No need to mention the damage to skirting boards, door frames and plumbing.

The artificial wood floors are a bit of a risk unless your floors are dead flat - they will need foam under them to even out the surface. Get water into that foam and a whole can of worms is opened. Of course, if your floor will never get wet from washing, spills, floods or soggy pets - - -
