If you knew me you would certainly know that I am not pompous I just feel that she does not qualify to be an MP, especially when she will need a translator. And half of the posters on here agree ith me (the other half don't) That is why they cal lit a FORUM ! |

The commies will just have to hold off bashing your door down for now. As for her being deaf, it fits well with the current state of things. A deaf green MP, a blind PM and whoever the Labour opposition speaker is or is going to be, so far a dumb (as in speechless) MP. deaf, dumb and blind, they have the whole thing covered. Rest easy. |

| 1247993 | 2011-12-10 07:29:00 | As the Uncle of a deaf nephew born deaf all I can say is Digby that's an extremely rude comment, all deaf people struggle to get employment. My nephew is a maths genius he can do most calculations faster than I can on a calculator, play card games and beat everyone that I know because his brain is always at least 5 steps ahead of the game and yet he cannot get a decent job he works in a preschool in the UK when he should be doing something much higher up the ladder if only an employer would take the plunge and give him a break. SO I personally find your remarks re deaf people disgusting |
