1247520 2011-12-07 02:15:00 Anyone going to start betting on how many years it will take until this (www.youtube.com) becomes the norm ? SP8's (9836)
1247521 2011-12-07 02:24:00 Cool not sure how long it will be before I can afford that though gary67 (56)
1247522 2011-12-07 02:29:00 All of that tech has already been developed. And is in use.

It's only a matter of time till they costs come down, in 5 odd years it will be a common sight (it will not be a household norm in our lifetimes).

Just imagine the power bill.

1247523 2011-12-07 02:36:00 Even the Latest boeing aircraft have Photovoltaic glass.

funny thing though, they have a garage but dont keep the car in it, then "Jennifer" needs GPS to get her to her office which she goes to every day.

The other thing that seemed odd in such an interconnected tech world is the manual switch from the preset route to the alternate. surely the sign or even the car itself would be able to tell that it is approaching a detour and should adjust course?

Why would you go to a store when you could just look at it online anyway?

Why would you save a bus route to your phone from a bus wall? is it not more efficient and effective to use the phone in the first place?

and - WHY DOESN'T THEIR GLASS POPCORN BOWL DO ANYTHING!!!! Everything glass you can imagine and the popcorn bowl does nothing :'( sad

1247527 2011-12-07 05:55:00 Something additionally implausible: in the morning he gets up on the left side of the bed, at night he's going to sleep on the right hand side. And don't put it down to nooky - he's obviously married (two kids) - or in some kind of long-term relationship - so sex is improbable. It's not so far into the future that things will have changed THAT much!!!! :D johcar (6283)

1247529 2011-12-07 07:34:00 I wonder how much the cleaning ladies will want more for them to clean all the extra fingerprints.

Years ago I had one, and she was adamant "sorry love, I don't do windows." :(
