9502	2001-03-03 02:15:00	hi, i'm using icq 2000B but when i tried to use the icq phone i couldn't hear the voice of the person i'm talking to...it was working b4 with my old system with a yamaha 16 sound card, but when i use my new com with teh Soltek integrated sound it doesn't seem to be working...any ideas would be appreciated. thx	Guest (0)
9503	2001-03-04 10:30:00	hi there the problem with alot of these internet phone systems is that they reqiure a sound card that is full duplex,meaning that it can send and recieve sound at the same time. when you have a half duplex sound card only one person can hear and the other wont. also alot of the new systems that come out seem to have only half duplex sound cards installed in them to keep the price down. so maybe this is your problem. i hope i have helped. james cuttance	Guest (0)
