| 9646 | 2001-03-06 19:51:00 | I know that this is an old question but I got a new computer and installed office 2000, and its asking me to register. I've used regwiz to register (because it won't let me restart) and it still won't acknowledge it. Does anyone know of a crack for this or any sort of fix (like a confirmation code or something). Thanks, Philip Q |

| 9649 | 2001-03-07 09:11:00 | Suggest you phone Microsoft in Auckland on 0800 800 004 and outline your problem. We registered Office 2000 by calling that number. Microsoft helpfully talked us through finding the Product ID., and the Installation ID. They then (over the phone) gave us a confirmation ID we had to enter. Once we rebooted the reminder to register disappeared. | Guest (0) | ||
| 9650 | 2001-03-07 21:26:00 | run regedit, got to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7} on the right hand side locate product id, rename that to OldProduct id, by right click. exit Regedit. Run up your Ms office and enter your name etc and type in this number: GC6J3-GTQ62-FP876-94FBR-D3DX8 Good luck, NOTE: This number will not work with office 2000 SR1 pack! |
