9814	2001-03-11 04:39:00	Well! I haven't really been keeping up with things, and i'm a bit clueless on the matter of comp security laws. If a malicious hacker, situated in New Zealand, were to enter a company computer and tamper with confidential information, what in the way of prosecution under NZ laws could that company do? If the company hacked was internationaly based, would they have to prosecute under NZ laws? I'm not very well educated when it comes to laws and New Zealand. Thanks Ben Hawkes	Guest (0)
