| 9885 | 2001-03-12 08:39:00 | I was helping my neighbour delete an offensive site from his internet history on his computer, however when you click on it and hit delete it doesnt move. I then deleted the whole lot, but it wrote itself back again. I got tweakui and deleted it trough that but once again it stayed. They are using Win95 with IE4. I have no idea how to get rid of it. I will go over in a few days and play with his registry to try and delete it. If any one has got any thing to help with please let me know Cheers for your time |

| 9886 | 2001-03-12 10:42:00 | Sometimes the homepage setting can be reset by these websites - check it in your browser. Otherwise use the registry editor (Run, regedit, Edit, Find)and do a search for the offending website name and delete it that way. | Guest (0) | ||
