| 10070 | 2001-03-16 00:40:00 | My Outlook Express will not send or receive Emails unless IE5.5 is also running. If I just start OE and connect to send/receive it says cant connect to POP3 (xtra site). Deleting and reloading OE or IE5.5 makes no difference. How do I fix |
