Has any experienced connection problems with Jetstream? I've noticed that over the last few months, that our Nokia router is dropping the connection and then reconnects at least 3-4 times a day. These outages usually last about 30secs but on other occasions they can last 2-3min. It is more of a nuisance at the moment and I haven't logged a call to Telecom yet. I seriously doubt that I am the only one or am I that special? |

You aren't the only one.They are called micro-outages and unfortunately,quite a few people have the problem.If you report it to Telecom,hopefully a man called Wayne Kampjes will have a look at it, and perhaps try something.Can't guarantee anything,though.It is proving a bit of a headache to find. |
