| 10330 | 2001-03-22 12:56:00 | Hi, I am often getting the dreaded blue screen saying 'fatal exception OE has occured at 00282 CBB9EBCF inVXD WIN95AC' Usually get no modem or no POP3 report too...a restart fixes it for a while... Any ideas would be gratefully received ! Thanks Pete |

| 10332 | 2001-03-23 10:45:00 | Thanks for your help Peter ! Followed the 'determining the driver version'... I got to the bit where my present driver is described(and it is the older number).. Then, under Updating Driver it says:download the driver executable etc ... but where from ?? I tried the 'Update driver button' but it dials up and says that the present driver is the latest... Its probably a simple thing but its got me stumped ! What do I do now ? Cheers Pete |
