| 10363 | 2001-03-23 19:31:00 | My computer recently blew up. Before dying I could turn the scanner on at any time and start scanning. After the rebuild, you have to turn the scanner on before the computer otherwise the system can't find it. I get a message to use SCSIprobe to find the scanner but this software can't find the scanner. Is this a driver problem with the correct driver not being loaded at startup time? What can I do? Scanner doesn't 'switch on' until I activate it. But try deleting and re-installing the driver and see if that fixes the problem. |
