Having trouble getting a webcam to work. I am now on my third one after taking the first two back thinking they were faulty. Have followed all intructions to the letter but still no picture. There is a yellow exclamation mark in device manager next to intel82371AB/EB PCI to USB controller. The handbook says there should also be a USB root hub listed but it's not there. This could be the trouble. How do I get it on the list?? The specifications of my computer far exceed the requirements of the webcam. |
