10487	2001-03-26 09:22:00	Trying to install a Win95 programme from disk which installed successfully a few years ago (but which we later removed). As soon as the SetUp progamme tries to load it opens a screen box titled 'Microsoft Test Driver (ds) error' with the following message 'BINDTIME ERROR. Cannot load library MSCOMSTF.dll.' In case the file is corrupt have MSCOMSTF.dl_(slightly later version) over from another CD onto the installation floppy. MSCOMSTF.dll does not reside on our hard drive. Any ideas please.	Guest (0)
