| 10415 | 2001-03-25 02:35:00 | My system is Win 98, Office 2000, 13GB hard drive, 9.8 MB RAM,Epson440 printer. Since I recently installed Office 2000 in place of 97, I have not been able to print in Landscape Mode regularly. The computer locks up and I have to reboot. I have installed the latest printer driver,reloaded Win 98 and Office 2000 but the problem persists. I did not uninstall these first...not confident to do this. If I type a test in Excel in Landscape, I can print it once or twice in both Portrait and L/scape, after which it refuses to print in Landscape...Portrait Mode still works. I get the usual animated printer icon and the printer will load the paper, but the usual 'file loading' blue squares do not appear in Landscape and the computer locks up. Sometimes if I persist I can get 2cm of printout before lockup. Can someone help please. |
