| 10467 | 2001-03-26 09:04:00 | I want to burne some .wma files to Audio CD. Whats the easiest way to do. Nero 5 does not suport the .wma format. |

| 10468 | 2001-03-26 10:01:00 | Charly, Nero will burn the CD fine but if you want to burn an audio CD you will first need to turn your .WMA(Windows Media Audio)files into either .cda or .wav files, this way they will be recognised by a standard audio device like a cd player. Then you can burn an audio Disk. A good program I used a while ago for this was Earjam IMP and it worked very well. There are of course others, there is a wealth of resource available at www.download.com. If however you are just wanting to burn a disk for use on the PC and want to burn .wma files then you need to burn a data disk not an audio one. Cheers |

"Copy to CD or Device" Open through Files menu the ones you want and save them to a CD-R (must be or wont play on your CD). You only get one chance to fill a single disc so make sure that the total of selected files for copying is about 74 minutes. |

| 10471 | 2003-07-13 08:26:00 | Be careful as if you have downloaded Windows Media 9 as they take digital rights very seriosly and before any music can be copied youll be greeted by the new Copy Options dialog box. If you want to be able to play your music on more than one computer (or back up and restore it )you should choose the "(Do not add copy protection"), the other option is add copy protection to your music Music copied from cd`s can be played on the computer and on compatable secure devices. I dont know what the default setting is so if you just click yes yes when the dialog box is shown you might not be able to play your music on your pc. kk |
