10459	2001-03-26 03:11:00	I run Win 98 Second Edition. Family member has just purchased new comp. running Win. ME are they in for problems or is it only when computers are upgraded that problems occur. They have Trend P-Cillin pre installed, any views on this protector. Thanks, Iris	Guest (0)
10460	2001-03-26 11:00:00	Iris, dont believe all the rumors you may hear about winME. Sure, when it first came out it had some compatiblity problems (similar to win2000 probs) but its a good operating system. It appears that upgrades do tend to cause probs, but upgrading from 95 to 98 also caused probs. Ive been using ME for about 5-6 months and have yet to have a major problem. Seems to be alot more stable than 98. Im sure someone will reply with their horror story, but remember that your hardware can also affect your OS performance.	Guest (0)
10461	2001-03-26 22:58:00	Ive never had any major probs with me, i have run it for quite some time, before i made the jump to 2k. As someone said, dont beleive all you hear, i also think that me is more sdtable over 9x, and also a lot faster... And it has some nice new features	Guest (0)
