| 10428 | 2001-03-25 08:53:00 | hi every half an hour or so my cd rom drive autoruns and what ever is in there loads,its really anoying. i have a cd rom drive and a writer,which i have on the same ide cable but have been running this way for about 1 year now without a problem, i have check my startup programes and msconfig to see if someting that is running is trying to access my cd rom drive but no luck. if i take the cd out of the drive and then my pc trys to autorun it ,the whole system locks up. please give me any ideas you may have as i am totaly at a loss. thankyou James Cuttance |
