Presumably you mean NZ TV of which the news is but one programme to watch? Yes you can but not on line. You need a TV Tuner card (Dick Smith) and an aerial connection just like your main TV. The Tuner Card has an aerial socket for the connection. Software comes with the card. Card is easy to install but software can be a bit fiddly, persever as the results are good. To operate: turn on PC, click ICON on desktop select channel and you are in. Some cards come with a remote as well.
