| 10618 | 2001-03-29 05:50:00 | My sys Win 98 Upgraded to 5.5 SP 1 from your CD. With browser open I want to check mail before disconnection. Select 'mail' Outlook express screen opens Sys tray with all icons disappears. Norton crashguard says:Explorer.exe caused fault in GDI32.DLL at address bff24dd5. 20 crashes so far.Have to reboot or use MSIE repair to return to normal. Seems Program manager found access violation.Never happened with 5.5 before upgrading. |

| 10619 | 2001-04-03 23:39:00 | The answer - Control panel, add/remove, explorer 5.5, select restore previous. After all that reinstall 5.5 SP1 from March CD which this time seems to have no glitches. |
