I recently updated from a windows 95 computer to a new IBM Aptiva running Windows 98. Since then I have had no end of problems with the printer. If for some reason there is a problem with the printer when sending a print job, it crashes, and after restarting it will only take one print job at a time. The second print job just disappears and the printer has to be shut off and on again. The only way to cure it seems to be to reload office 97. The problem repeats itself however when another problem occurs such as the power being off when a print job is sent.I have tried various things but it still repeats the problem over and over again. |
