10809	2001-04-03 10:39:00	i have a 333 with 4gb hdd and 32 mb ram when i tried to install my modem i said it was a pci communication device but then couldnt find the driver for it. this happens and i cant get my modem to go. i did get it to go once but it dailed out then nothing from the other end please help can u suggest something it loads pci device on com 1 when it did go it was on com 2 why? help please and thankyou	Guest (0)
10810	2001-04-04 04:44:00	sugest u delete ur modem in the device manager and reboot then proceed via the wizard which will come up after u reboot (have found... etc) make sure the modem is installed on com2 - lastley do go to the properties of the installed NEW modem and check the diagnotic responce given on com 2 - ok all should be fine now if not 'cos windows cant find a driver ???? Hmmm u should have a floopy disk from ur suplier to over com this which will have the driver ... cheers	Guest (0)
