| 10780 | 2001-04-03 12:23:00 | Hi Paul The system I use is just to copy your C:\Windows\Application Data Folder onto Cd this folder contains your Address book as well as stored mail plus some other Microsoft settings. If you need to restore at any time you can just use the Import function of Outlook express and just point it to your CD, easy. You can just attach a copy of the address book to an e-mail and send it to your secretary who can then install it using Outlook Express's import Address book function (you need to copy the wab file from the Application Data/ Microsoft/subfolder called Address book.
