| 10714 | 2001-04-01 02:14:00 | I was using several CDs this morning and went to eject one and the drawer won't open. It makes noises like it's trying. I have tried using Eject from the right click menu, rebooting and trying again and sticking a pin in the little hole. All no good. Do I take it apart or is there anything else I can do? (It is a no name brand 32x about 21/2 yrs old) |

Also, sometimes the tray does not sit on the tracks properly. Check warranty status before opening unit as you may be able to return it (although it is normally only one year) |
