| 10910 | 2001-04-06 01:32:00 | I have a problem, I think, with Windows Me following an upgrade to a new, bigger hard drive and increased memory. My PII 400 system has 128MB memory installed, but with only MS Word 2000 running Total Physical Memory is described as 127.51MB and Available Physical Memory 13.53MB, and 3.75MB available when IE 5.5 is running with PC World home page downloaded. Also the system seems slow with Dune 2000 running and takes what seems a long time to get Clip Art when I am working in MS Publisher. What suggestions can you offer as to why the system might be behaving as it does? Malcolm Knowles |
