| 10915 | 2001-04-06 03:00:00 | I recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled W98. Since then, when I am using IE5.5 I very frequently get the error message 'IE could not open site http://.....The connection with the server was reset'. The page download is then interrupted. What is causing it and how can I rectify the problem?? |

| 10916 | 2001-04-06 05:39:00 | Most often I find that this message is because either the security within Internet Explorer is corrupted OR the web server and your browser are running different versions. Personally, I would remove IE5.5 and then reinstall with 5.1 SP2 which is available on www.microsoft.com. |
