11096 2001-04-09 04:32:00 I bought a cheap AGP video card from a dealer offering it without driver or manufacturers identity. Does anybody know how to interrogate the card to find out its creator so I can locate a driver for it? Guest (0)
11097 2001-04-09 09:16:00 There are various ID utilities around, but one shareware sysinfo package that is really good and will probably indentify the video card (or just the chipset)is called PC-Config v 9.33. You can download it from:
www.utilitygeek.com
Use the http#2 download link. #1 link is defunct.

This utility will also do many other tests and benchmarks.

You may end up anyway though using generic drivers for the chipset rather than OEM drivers.
