| 11048 | 2001-04-08 04:39:00 | When printing email message in Outlook Express ( epsom lq-870)I get a frame (line ) down side of message. There is an option box ( Frames ) with 3 choices but unable to change the option from what seems to be the default of 'print frames' This only happens when trying to print in Outlook Express; No help available in program. |

| 11049 | 2001-04-08 05:10:00 | ...have you tried removing the 'indent' default setting in Outlook Express? Go: Tools > Options > Send. Click on 'HTML Settings' and uncheck the 'Indent message on Reply' box and click Okay... do the same for 'Plain Text Settings' and then click Okay > Apply/Okay. |
