| 11030 | 2001-04-07 21:59:00 | I have a Pentium computer running Windows 98. After trying to install the Microsoft Backup program recently I now find that I cannot start the computer properly. When I switch it on it starts the booting but then hangs with a completely blank screen. It will boot to Windows in Safe Mode. Anybody got any ideas? |

Go to add remove programs Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add remove programs > Windows Setup tab > Disk Tools (or System Tools), and then click Details. Select Ms Backup. Click the Backup check box to deselect it, and then click OK. Now MS Backup will unistall, whem finished reboot and windows will boot up normally. |
