| 11307 | 2001-04-14 02:35:00 | A/: failure, it was working fine, and then it wasn't. I took a floppy out while explorer was still pointed at it, got an error message, put disk back in, no reading of A drive. Reboot got 'floppy disk(s) fail (40)' error message, and no sign of A:/ anywhere. I read the other 'floppy disk not working' posted recently, but this seems to be a different situation, hopefully, or does this mean that the system board needs checking? Whatever that is. Any other options? | Guest (0) | ||

Interesting.... go to the following www.microsoft.com select support from the drop down menu top right hand side Select the option to search by specific article number and type this number in Q131690 this should help you... if you don't feel confident enough to try the steps in here then consult your local computer tech... Good Luck... |
