A programme was loaded on to my computer in error and when I tried to uninstall it in Control Panel an error message came up. I then uninstalled it manually but its name is still left in the panel in Control Panel/Uninstall window. How can I edit it out of there? |

To remove the name of deleted software from the list in Add/remove programs tou need to use a program like tweakUI, or XteqX-setup. TweakUI is on the Win98 CD.rom. XteqX-setup can be downloaded from the internet, free. It may be available from the PC. World website. |
