| 11370 | 2001-04-16 06:29:00 | Special characters can be inserted into Microsoft Word documents by selecting Insert then Symbol... from the menu. Specal characters can also be inserted into other programs by using Character map supplied with Windows, it should be located under the Accessories folder on the Start Menu. If it is not there then it may not have been installed. To add this component, select add/remove from the control panel, select the character map option under the accessories section. Stick in the CD and there you have it. |
